30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- All tags must be attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@fleecelegs.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorisation.

Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure that every order is perfect, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll work swiftly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, feel free to get in touch with us.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must meet the same criteria as mentioned above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.
